Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy

Managing Director & CEO

Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy is a successful pharmaceutical entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He began his career working in various positions in pharmaceutical companies in India, Nigeria, and the United States. Dr. Reddy has successfully launched and actively manages leading pharmaceutical companies in the USA and globally. In 1995, Dr. Reddy founded Bactolac Pharmaceutical Inc, which is known today as an industry leading contract manufacturer of vitamins and supplements. He went on to found ScieGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a fast-growing manufacturer of generic drugs, in 2009. Dr. Reddy also founded Chemeca Drugs Private Limited, a world class Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient and intermediate manufacturer, in 2017.

Dr. Reddy is a graduate of Osmania University in India where he earned a BS degree in Chemistry with concentrations in genetics and botany. He later earned his Masters and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Kanpur University.

Mr. Saketh Reddy

Director

Mr. Saketh Reddy serves as a Director of Bactolac Nutraceuticals Pvt Ltd, overseeing commercial activities and operations. In addition to this role, Mr. Reddy serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of US based Bactolac Pharmaceutical and ScieGen Pharmaceuticals, overseeing corporate strategy and business development. Mr. Reddy also serves as Director of Chemeca Drugs Pvt Ltd. He brings with him a multitude of knowledge of the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. Mr. Reddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.
